What FQDN (URL) or IP address should be set for access permition when our company are using the Web proxy server and Web filtering software?

What FQDN(URL) or IP address should be set for access permition to use HDE One Service?
 

Answer:

1. FQDN (URL) designation

Each service needs the following FQDNs / Port Used to be set for access permission.
Please add the information for the services you are using onto your access permission/authorisation setting list.

*If you use the FQDN as a URL, please add "https://" in the front and "/*" at the end of the FQDN.

The red xxx part of the below URL for pending e-mail confirmation / authentication is the user identifier of yours.

(*2) For HDE Online Storage, the download server’s IP address dynamically changes, hence, setting with wildcard is required.

2. IP address designation

HDE One Services are provided on the dynamically changing IP address. Range specification of all the global IP addresses shown in the link destination list is required for access permission setting.
