How to minimise the number of emails being filtered as spams?

After the installation of HDE One, it seems that the number of spam emails has increased.  Especially, inquiry e-mails that came through from G Suite sites seem to be sorted as spam kinds. How to minimise the number of emails being filtered as spams?

Workaround 1:

There are cases where you can avoid such kind of trouble by using the bypass settings in spam e-mail filtering service.

■Spam e-mail settings: add the approvable senders’ addresses into your approved sender list so as not to be mistakenly sorted into the spam folder.

Workaround 2:

Google Groups has its own unique “spam e-mail filtering function”.

It is probable that the posted messages were blocked by the function.

There are cases where you can avoid such kind of trouble by turning “off” the “spam e-mail filtering function settings” of the objective “Google Groups”

1.Go to [G Suite dashboard] –--> [Group] tab--->[group] of outgoing e-mail error (undelivered e-mail)--->display the advanced settings (where e-mail blocked member list is shown)

2.Click on [access control settings]--> there appears the Admin console of Google Groups

3.Select [settings] in the left pane of the window --> [management menu] -->[Spam message]-->select “skip the management queue to post into group”--> save the settings
