Why is the same email appeared twice or more times in the temporary suspension list interface?
A temporarily suspended e-mail is displayed for each an applied filter rule.
For example, in the case of sending the e-mail included each receiver's address as below; a temporary suspension e-mail is displayed for each rule.
- The address ruled as temporary holding for 5 minutes
- The address ruled as temporary holding for 10 minutes
You can check which rules are applied for the e-mail in the "filtering information" by clicking the temporary holding e-mail.
