Question:

Why is it taking so long for the HDE Email Archive to generate search results?

Answer:

The volume and size of mail change depending on the day and time of the week. If the volume and size of mail increases temporary, it is possible that it have an effect on the reflection for Archive.

Our HDE one service don’t provide assurance for it. However, our target is to reflect within 9 hours and if the reflection takes time over 24 hours, we handle it as an outage.

*It is usually most be reflected in about 1 or 2 hours.

For this reflection, we adjust the enhancement of resources so as to be suitable for day to day real environment, thank you for your understanding.
