What should I do when e-mails from Outside of the Organisation are unable to reach us?
There can be some reasons for the e-mails from outside of organization being unable to reach the destination.
1. E-mails are rejected due to anti-spam countermeasure.
Rejection of e-mails by anti-spam function can be avoided by register envelope from address/domain of the e-mail transmitted to white list of our service.
2. (Applicable to G Suite) E-mails are rejected by G Suite anti-spam function.
You should contact Google via your agent. Please contact us for any information such as deliver logs in that case.
3. E-mails have been unable to reach the destination due to the problem on the origin server.
Contact administrator of the origin server.
Please provide our support team “From address / to address/date & time” if the cause cannot be identified.
