Batch User Update Procedure is as follows;

Batch User Update Procedure

  1. Log in to the admin page of HDE access control service using admin user account
  2. Go to [User list] in the left menus a Click on [Download (TSV)] -> Acquire TSV file of the currently registered users list.

  3. Edit the downloaded TSV file
    Delete the entire line of the user who needs no change, or input [0] in the [Description of the changing action] field on A line.
    In here, please be careful enough NOT to change the settings of the HDE admin user.
