What are the procedures to add more user accounts?

The contract needs to be modified for the addition of account for G Suite/Office 365.
*The number of subscriptions issued corresponds to those of G Suite/Office 365.

Send us the “HDE One Account Addition Estimate Form” filled with the number of accounts to be added and the start date of usage.

Account Addition Estimate will be forwarded to you by our staff accordingly.

Please note that: In the case of adding user accounts in the middle of the contract, monthly charge will be applied for the remaining month preceding the next renewal of the service.
