How the synchronization log is output?

 

A.

You can check the logs on "Sync Log" on the HDE Access Control Admin Console. If the connection is not reached out to the HDE Access Control due to some problems and/or more detailed logs are required, please check Windows application logs.

An output event source related to the synchronization process is one of the followings:
”HDE One Directory Sync log”
”HDE One Password Sync log"
"IDMU Password Synchronization"
