Are all the files checked for viruses?

Does HENNGE Secure Transfer perform virus checks on all files?

The following files are excluded from virus checks:
・Files larger than 500MB
・Encrypted files

For encrypted files, the scan results will vary depending on the file type.
・Scan Skipped: ZIP, 7ZIP, RAR, PDF
・No Threats Found: All other files including Microsoft 365 Office (.pptx, .xlsx, .docx, etc.)

Files that show "No Threats Found" are only partially scanned (e.g., header information) because they cannot be detected as encrypted files. The content of the file is not scanned.

Please note that the virus scan engine used is updated daily with new pattern files automatically, but it does not guarantee real-time detection of unknown viruses.
