How can I set access rights for users to access HENNGE Mail Archive Admin Console?

Answer: 

Access Policy permits users with access to "Mail Archive" menu and "Console" menu depending on its settings.
Below are the 3 different types of Access Policy for HENNGE One Archive service.

Access Policy
* These Access Policies will allow users to change their password.

[Default]
Allow user read-only access to "Mail Archive" -> "Archive Search", "Archive Statistics" menu.

[Domain Viewer]
Allow user read-only access to all menu.

[Domain Admin]
Allow user full access of this domain.

Followings are how to setup [Access Policy]

How to create a user who can restrict other users to access on HENNGE One Archive service Console. 

1. Login to Archive service as [Domain Admin](*) which has the access rights.
(*) Administrator access rights. The account [arcadmin@xxx.xx.xx] is attached in the [Service Start Information] email.

2. On Archive service console menu, click on [Users Settings]. This will show a list of Users, Access Policy and Search Policy.

3. Click [+ Add New User].

4. Type in Username/Password/Password (Confirm) and select [Access Policy].

5.Click [+ Add].
