How to permit users to access to searching feature in HENNGE Email Archive?

Answer: 

In the archive service, you will be able to create a user who only can search the email which was exchanged by a particular sender or recipient.

The following things will be possible if you use this searching restricted user.

• Able to create the authority that manager of group can search only the transmission and reception email of the group member.
• Able to make the limit that can search only the email of the target user when you have an audit.(*)

(*) For investigation, there are possible to print the email of the applicable user.
It may become complicated, you need to manage the documents strictly.
It is possible to implement a more efficient audit because it will be completed only in the archive screen when you create searching restricted user.
