• You can send and receive messages up to 25MB with Gmail.

• You can send and receive messages up to 35MB by default with Microsoft 365.

Since transfer-encoding is automatically added, its file size will increase.
Normally file size will be 1.3 to 1.4 times larger than an original file.
*Please also keep in mind the cases where recipients may set their own limitation.
