This article gives instructions on how to properly use HENNGE Email DLP User Console
**Note that this guide is for the new version of HENNGE Email DLP.
This User Console Guide has seven parts:
1) Log in to the HENNGE Email DLP User Console
2) Suspension (Me)

**Note1: Emails suspended for over10 days in Suspension (Me), Suspension (Team) and Approval (Requests) will be automatically discarded.
**Note2: Suspension history, Approval history, and Encryption history will display emails sent after the first login to the HENNGE Emal DLP User Console.
1) Log in to the HENNGE Email DLP User Console
You can see the Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace login screen when you access the following URL. Please log in. (If your domain is configured for SSO, you will be redirected to the SSO service after entering your ID on the Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace login screen.)

** Please change <yourdomain> to your main domain registered in HENNGE.
2) Suspension (Me)
☆ 1 - In the [Suspension (Me)] menu, you can check all your emails that are currently being suspended.
☆ 2 - You can check more details of the email by clicking on the email log as shown below. You can also download the email in eml format.
☆ 3 - In case a file is attached to the email, you can download the file. Please click on "Move to attached files details" or scroll down to the bottom of the email body, and then click the file name.
☆ 4 - Once you confirm the email content, you can choose to "Send" or "Discard" the email. Even if you do not perform any operation, the email is automatically sent after a certain period of time if the suspension time is defined.
**Send Message confirmation window: please click "Send" or "Cancel".
※The email will be discarded without any confirmation when you click the "Discard".
3) Suspension (Team)
☆ 1 -In the [Suspension (Team)] menu, you can check all the emails sent by other members in your address group that are currently being suspended.
☆ 2 - As in the above operation of Suspension(Me), you can also choose to "Send", "Discard" and "Download". In addition, you can also choose to "Stop" the email from being automatically released until a member of the team has confirmed the email.
4) Approval features
☆ 1- (For applicants) In the [Approval (Pending Approval)] menu, you can check the emails that you are currently applying for approval. Please click the email from the list to confirm its content.
You can cancel the application by clicking "Discard".
☆ 2- (For approvers) In the [Approval (Requests)] menu, you can check the emails that you have received approval requests. Please click the email from the list to confirm its content.
Please click "Approval" to approve the application. In case you reject it, please click "Reject".
** You can make a comment on the email automatically sent to the applicant when you approve or reject the email as shown below.
5) Suspension History
☆1 - In the [Suspension (History)] menu, you can check the most recent 100 emails (within a month) that were sent or discarded as shown below.
☆2 -Please click the email from the list to confirm further details. You can check its "Subject" "Rule Group Name" "Rule Name" "Suspension Time" "From" "To" "Size" "Attachment" "Status" "Operator" "Recipient".
6) Approval History
☆1 - (For approvers) In the [Approval (History)] menu, you can check the most recent 100 emails (within a month) that you approved or rejected as shown below.
☆2 -Please click the email from the list to confirm further details. You can check its "Subject" "Rule Group Name" "Rule Name" "Suspension Time" "From" "To" "Size" "Attachment" "Status" "Operator" "Recipient".
7) Encryption History
☆ - In the [Encryption (History)] menu, you can check the most recent 100 emails (within a month) with files that were encrypted as shown below. Please click the email from the list to confirm the password.
