3. The URLs for HENNGE One services vary depending on your environment.

1. HENNGE Access Control
1.1. Login URL
End users need to be informed in advance of the URL they should use to access groupware (such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace).
Even after the introduction of HENNGE Access Control, it is possible to display the HENNGE Access Control login screen via the login screen of groupware (e.g., Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace) by entering the username. (Entering the username on the login screen of Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace will automatically transition to the HENNGE Access Control screen.)
Alternatively, it is also possible to directly display the HENNGE Access Control login screen using the following URLs.
Each URL includes the main domain of your environment. Replace the sampledomain.com part of the URL with your main domain.

- Other Web Services
For login URLs for web services other than Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace (such as Salesforce) when using single sign-on (SSO) with HENNGE Access Control, please refer to the URL for each web service.
1.2. Username / Password
You need to inform each end user of the username and password they should enter on the HENNGE Access Control login screen.
There is no need to inform end users of their passwords if they are synchronized from Active Directory.
Notify in advance only if the end user's password is not synchronized from Active Directory and is registered directly in HENNGE Access Control.
1.3. HENNGE Access Control User Portal Screen URL
This is the URL of the HENNGE Access Control User Portal screen that end users can access.
The URL of the HENNGE Access Control User Portal screen includes the main domain of your environment.
Replace the sampledomain.com part with your main domain.

The HENNGE Access Control User Portal screen allows the following operations:
(Only operation items related to the functions to be used will be enabled.)
- Change Password * Only if the end user's password is not synchronized from Active Directory
- OTP (One-Time Password) Setting (Receive via App / Receive via Email)
- Register HENNGE Secure Browser
- Check Details/Revoke HENNGE Device Certificate
- Log Out from HENNGE Access Control
1.4. HENNGE Access Control Password Change Method
If the end user's password is not synchronized from Active Directory, each end user needs to change it on HENNGE Access Control.
End users can access the password change screen in one of the following ways.
- Access from HENNGE Access Control User Portal Screen
This method allows you to access the password change screen from the HENNGE Access Control User Portal screen.
Change HENNGE Access Control Login Password
- Directly Access the Password Change Screen URL
This method allows you to directly access the password change screen for your HENNGE Access Control.
The URL for the password change screen of HENNGE Access Control includes the main domain of your environment.
Replace the URL's sampledomain.com part with your main domain.

1.5. How to Receive OTP (One-Time Password)
When using two-factor authentication with OTP (One-Time Password) for access control rules, such as when accessing from outside the company,
end users need to set up how to receive OTP (One-Time Password) in advance.
Specifically, end users can receive OTP (One-Time Password) either by email every time they log in from HENNGE Access Control or via an OTP (One-Time Password) generation app.

2. HENNGE Secure Browser
2.1. How to Install and Register the App
HENNGE Secure Browser needs to be installed on end users' devices and registered for use in advance.

2.2. How to Set Up Unread Notifications
When you receive emails in the mail system of your current groupware (Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace), you can be notified by HENNGE Secure Browser. (This feature is available in the mobile version only.)

3. HENNGE Device Certificate
3.1. How to Install HENNGE Device Certificate
HENNGE Device Certificate needs to be installed on end users' devices in advance.

3.2. Logging in with HENNGE Device Certificate
When logging in to HENNGE Access Control using HENNGE Device Certificate, you need to perform the operation of logging in with HENNGE Device Certificate explicitly on the login screen.

4. HENNGE Email DLP
4.1. Operational Rules for the Organization
To prevent misdelivery of emails operated by HENNGE Email DLP, it is necessary to notify end users of the policies considered.
Below is an example of operational rules to be notified to end users.
- Methods of attaching files (e.g., attaching without pre-zipping)
- Retention time after sending (emails sent within a certain period can be deleted)
- Prohibited conditions for external emails (e.g., emails with the word "Confidential" in the subject, body, or attachments cannot be sent)
4.2. HENNGE Email DLP User Interface URL
When using HENNGE Email DLP to prevent misdelivery of emails, it is necessary to notify end users of the operational rules to be notified to end users.
Below is an example of operational rules to be notified to end users.
To cancel the sending of emails that are on hold, end users need to be notified of the URL of the screen in advance, and they need to log in once to apply the filter.
※ If emails sent by end users who have never logged in are filtered, they cannot check the history related to these emails from the user interface.
The URL for the screen to cancel the sending of emails on hold includes your main domain.
