High Level Security Configuration

After setting up Standard Level Security Configuration, you can proceed to this configuration. This guide is consists of four steps of configurations for Sending ApprovalPrevent specific employees from sending Email to Internet and Additional BCC Recipient as below:

1) Define Mail Groups
2) Define Rule Groups
3) Define Approvers
4) Define Filters

Sending Approval Settings

1) Define Mail Group

i) First, in the "Define Mail Group" interface, create "Part-Timer and Temporary Staff" Mail Group as below.
(In this case, there are three people "part1@hde.co.jp","part2@hde.co.jp" and"temp-staff1@hde.co.jp".)

ii) Second, in the "Define Mail Group" interface, create two mail group as below.

a) Approval Group (DivA)
(In this case, three people "suzuki@hde.co.jp", "tanaka@hde.co.jp" and "imai@hde.co.jp" belong to Division A.)

b) Approval Group (DivB) 
(In this case, two people "shimizu@hde.co.jp" and "shimada@hde.co.jp" belong to Division B.)
 

2) Define Rule Group

i) First, in the "Define Rule Group" interface, create a rule as below.

ii) Register "Delete All Messages for Part-Timer and Temp-Staff" group as below.

iii) Second, in the "Define Rule Group" interface, create a rule as below.
(In this case, additional BCC address is "div-a@hde.co.jp".)

iv) Register "Approval and Additional BCC for Division A" group as below.

v) Third, in the "Define Rule Group" interface, create a rule as below.
(In this case, additional BCC address is "div-b@hde.co.jp".)

vi) Register "Approval and Additional BCC for Division B" group as below.

3) Define Approvers

In the "Approver" interface, create two approver as below.

(In this case, "yamashita@hde.co.jp" is a approver of Division A.)

(In this case, "iwano@hde.co.jp" is a approver of DivisionB.)

4) Define Filter

i) Modify the priority of existing filter (120 -> 130, 130 -> 140, 140->170) as below.

ii) In the "Define Filter" interface, create three filter as below.

a) Priority 120:

b) Priority 150:

c) Priority 160:

iii) The setting complete.
