M1. How do I search for specific Historical E-mails?

HENNGE Email Archive allows users to search for specific E-mails through flexible search conditions, which will quickly narrow down the number of E-mails that matches users’ search criteria:

M2. Can HENNGE Email Archive grant permissions to different users?

HENNGE Email Archive does allow different users to have different permissions on using the different features of HENNGE Email Archive; however, HENNGE Email Archive was primarily designed for Company Managers or Executives to monitor and backup E-mails, so it is not advised for companies to setup accounts for every user in the company.

Domain Viewer

Are able to search for messages and users, but are not able to edit users.

Domain Admin

Are able to search for messages and users, as well as to edit users.

 

M3. Can I restrict the users to prevent them see specific E-mails?

“Yes”, HENNGE Email Archive allows administrators to flexibly control what the users are able to find in the Archive. For example, administrators can limit users to see E-mails between specific time frame, to/from specific domain, does not include attachments or specific to/from Email addresses.
