What should I do if I receive Error Message for Google Form?

I have received an error message after creating the Google Form and was unable to receive the notification emails properly that I was supposed to receive from Google Form. How should I solve this issue?


It is possible that the e-mail could not be delivered due to DMARC policy of G-Suite. This may occur to Google Form or other similar G-Suite apps.

*In most cases, when SPF record and DKIM signature get failed, DMARC will also fails.

When you use HDE One, the HDE One server is designated in the MX record.

It is possible that this HDE One server is misjudged as an e-mail sending side server and the SPF record authentication gets failed.

Thus, we would like to suggest you to set up the IP address of the server (of HDE One side) designated in the MX record to be the IP address for (inbound gateway).

■ Procedure for inbound e-mail gateway setting

Sign in to the G Suite Admin console and set up the IP address used for HDE One service as IP address for inbound e-mail gateway.

*Please contact our Support Team to receive the IP address of HDE One server.
*Please enter the value in one single comma-delimited string without line feed code.
*To receive e-mails properly from other providers/companies besides HDE One, you will also be required to set up the IP addresses accordingly.

*Note: For the checkbox “Reject all e-mail, not from the above gateway Ips”- If you check this box, G Suite doesn’t accept e-mail from anywhere other than your designated inbound gateway server IP.
