In a Microsoft 365 environment, how can I configure HENNGE Email DLP to only forward emails sent from specific members or groups?

By following the steps below, you can configure HENNGE Email DLP to forward only emails sent by specific senders.
1. Create a Distribution Group
1.1. Access the Exchange admin center.
1.2. Select [Recipients] - [Groups].
1.3. Select [Distribution List].
1.4. Select [Add a group].
1.5. Check [Distribution], then click [Next].
1.6. Enter a name, then click [Next].
1.7. Click [Assign owner], specify the user as the administrator, then click [Next].
1.8. Click [Add members], add the senders you want to pass through HENNGE Email DLP, then click [Next].
1.9. Set the group's email address with any value, select "Closed" for [Join the group].
Select "Closed" for [Leave the group], then click [Next].
1.10. Review the settings, then click [Create group].
1.11. Click [Close].
1.12. The distribution group will be created.
*It may take about 1 hour for the group to be displayed.

3. Create a Transport Rule
3.1. Add a rule.
Select [Exchange admin center] - [Mail flow] - [Rules] - [Add a rule] - [Create a new rule].
3.2. Set the conditions to apply.
Specify the [Name] as "HENNGE Email DLP Rule".
Select [Apply this rule if*] - [The sender] - [Is a member of this group], and choose the distribution group created in 1.12.
Click the [ + ] to the right of [ Apply this rule to* ], select [ and ], [ Recipients ], [ Inside / Outside the organization ], and choose [ Outside the organization ].
