In a Microsoft 365 environment, how can I forward only emails sent from specific members or groups to HENNGE Email DLP?
Answer
By following the steps below, you can forward only emails sent by specific senders to HENNGE Email DLP.
Create a Distribution List
1. Access the Exchange Admin Center.
https://admin.cloud.microsoft/exchange
2. Select [Recipients] - [Groups].
3. Select [Distribution List].
4. Select [Add Group].
5. Check [Distribution] and press [Next].
6. Enter a group name and press [Next].
7. Click [Assign Owner], specify the user to be the admin, and then press [Next].
8. Click [Add Members], add the senders you want to route through HENNGE Email DLP, and then press [Next].
9. Set the group's email address and select Closed for [Joining the group].
10. Select Closed for [Leaving the group] and press [Next].
11. Review the settings and press [Create Group].
12. Press [Create group].
The distribution group is created.
※ It may take about an hour for the group to appear.
Create a Send Connector
1. Create a send connector.

Create a Transport Rule
1. Select [Exchange Admin Center] - [Mail Flow] - [Rules] - [Add a rule] - [Create a new rule].
2. Set the conditions for the rule in the order below and click [Next].
