A file cannot be downloaded with the issued password.


I shared the URL and password with the other party; however, I was told that the file cannot be downloaded with the error message, "The password you provided is incorrect.



When the translation feature in the browser Google Chrome is enabled, a different password from the one issued may be displayed. 


When the translation feature is enabled, please check if the file can be downloaded using the password displayed on the original page. 


How to display the original page

1. Click the translation icon in the upper right corner of the address bar.

2. Click [Show Original].
