Answer:

The steps to search for user data is as follows;

1. Log in to the admin console of HENNGE Access Control Service as an administration privileged user.

2. Select [Users] on the left menus and type your search object item into the text box, then click [Search].

Search object (*Perfect match search only)
Microsoft 365: ID or Microsoft 365 ID (UPN)
Google Workspace：ID only

3. The relevant user will be shown. If you click [Reset], it will turn back to the previous status before the search.
