Purpose
- You can check the sync logs of Access Control executed within a specified period.

You can check the provisioning logs in the Google Workspace Admin Console [Reports] - [Audit Logs] - [Admin].

Procedure
1. Access the left menu [Log Management] - [Sync Logs] in the Administration screen.
2. Past sync logs will be displayed, click the button on the left side of the date and time of the log you want to check, and confirm the details of the log.
※ You can specify the period and search conditions from the search bar at the top right of the screen.
There is no restriction on the period that can be searched, but if the search field is too large, it may time out.
If it times out, shorten the search period and search again.
※ The filter items that can be set are as follows.
・Sync Source / Sync Destination
Represents the sync source and sync destination of user information.
For example, when synchronizing user information from Active Directory to Access Control using the HENNGE Directory Sync Tool, the sync source is Active Directory, and the sync destination is Access Control.
Also, when synchronizing user information from Access Control to Microsoft 365, the sync source is Access Control, and the sync destination is Microsoft Entra ID.
・Result
The result of the sync execution.
※ If the following error is displayed, the sync has failed because you attempted to delete more users than the Max Allowed Deletions.
Check the users scheduled for deletion from the Dry Run, and if there is no problem, refer to the following article to resolve the error and then execute the sync again.
Users cannot be deleted during user sync execution with Access Control Microsoft Entra ID.
Synchronization was canceled because the deletion percentage reached the threshold. Deletion percentage: 11.1, threshold: 0.0
