Target
This is for customers who use HENNGE Email DLP for email misdelivery prevention and also use Box.
Purpose
This is to configure the integration between HENNGE Secure Download and Box.
Notes
1. You need a Box account with a Business Plus or higher license and the required number of users to use this feature.
2. Operations are required with the HENNGE Email DLP and Box administrator accounts.

Notes on Collaborator Settings
When adding collaboration (collaborators) from Box's Content and Sharing, collaborators can make changes within the folder:
* Delete files
* Add files
* Change file names
* Replace files with the same name
"Collaborators" refer to users invited to files or folders on Box. For more details, please refer to Inviting Collaborators.
Detailed Steps and Descriptions
1. Box Configuration
1.1. Access the Box admin console in your browser.
1.2. In the Box admin console, click [Apps] - [Custom App Management] - [Add an App] and enter the following Client ID. Click [Next].

1.4. Confirm that the HENNGE Secure Download for Box app has been added.
1.5. Select [Account & Billing] from the left menu. Note or copy the [Enterprise ID].
* This will be required when configuring HENNGE Email DLP.
2. HENNGE Email DLP Configuration
2.1. Access the HENNGE Email DLP admin console in your browser.
2.2. From the HENNGE Email DLP admin console left menu, select [Integrations] - [HENNGE Secure Download for Box (HSDB)] - [Configure].
2.3. [1. Allow access to the HSDB app] will be displayed. Click [Proceed].
* You cannot proceed if the Box configuration is incomplete.
Complete step [1. Box Configuration] first.
2.4. Enter the Box Enterprise ID. Enter the Enterprise ID noted in step 1.5 and click [Proceed].
2.5. Enter the verification code. Enter the 6-digit verification code stored in the [Content] - [HENNGE Secure Download for Box] - [Verification] folder on the Box admin console.
2.6. The HENNGE Secure Download for Box settings screen will appear.
Once the screen below appears, the activation of HENNGE Secure Download for Box is complete.

Box Settings
Access the Box administration via your browser.

In the Box admin console, click [Integrations] > [Platform App Manager] > [Add App], enter the following client ID, and click [Next].

When the [Authorize App] screen appears, click [Authorize].
Confirm that the Secure Download for Box app has been added.
- From the left menu, select [Account & Billing] and make a note of or copy your Enterprise ID.
* This will be required for the Email DLP settings. - In [Enterprise Settings] > [Content & Sharing], configure the following settings and click [Save]:
- Allow shared links for: [Folders and Files]
- Users who can access shared links: [Anyone with the link, company users, users in this folder]
- Shared link permissions - Default permission: [Can view and download] or [Can view, download, and edit]
Email DLP Settings

From the Email DLP administration, go to [Tenant Settings] > [Integrations].

Select [Secure Download for Box (HSDB)] > [Settings].

When [1. Allow access to the HSDB app] is displayed, click [Continue].
* Please make sure to complete the steps in Box Settings first. -
Enter the Box Enterprise ID you noted in step 5 of Box Settings and click [Continue].

From the Box administration, go to [Content] > [Secure Download for Box] > [Verification] folder and enter the authentication code (6-digit number) stored there.

When the following screen appears, Secure Download for Box has been successfully enabled.
