Verification Support for Single Sign-On Integration with Services without Collaboration Records
For services without a collaboration record with HENNGE Access Control, we will verify the possibility of Single Sign-On integration with HENNGE Access Control.
If you wish to receive verification support, please review the "Agreement Terms for SAML 2.0 Verification Support" below and apply using the request form.
* Please note that we cannot guarantee integration, and in case of operational issues, troubleshooting will be performed up to the separation point.
Agreement Terms for SAML 2.0 Verification Support
If you choose to use verification support, you must agree to all the items below.
If you cannot agree to all the items, please be aware that we may not be able to provide verification support.
1. The service has no collaboration record with HENNGE Access Control.

Services with Single Sign-On Collaboration Records
2. The service meets the Single Sign-On requirements of HENNGE Access Control.
* Please check the "3. Single Sign-On" section in the link below for Single Sign-On requirements.
HENNGE One Operating Environment
3. The customer can provide a verification environment for the service.
4. The provided verification environment does not contain company information or personal information.
5. It is acceptable if the borrowed verification environment is reset.
6. Verification of provisioning is not included (including inquiries).
* Please consult separately for Just in Time Provisioning for SAML.
7. (Especially for on-premise services) Verification is only possible for SAML connections.
* Settings and issues unrelated to SAML are not within the scope of verification support.
8. Issues related to settings other than SAML connection, including network, are not within the scope of verification support.
9. In case of connection errors due to service-related issues, the service vendor is responsible for issue resolution.
Please understand that we only handle issues related to HENNGE Access Control.
10. Please be aware that the verification period is best-effort.
* The verification environment usage period is approximately 2 weeks. However, if an extension is necessary due to issues, we will discuss it separately.
