Purpose
The purpose is to review files sent using the HENNGE Secure Download for Box by accessing the HENNGE Email DLP user interface.

3. File history can be reviewed for emails within the last 3 months, up to a maximum of 100 items.
Detailed Explanation / Procedure
To review files sent by the HENNGE Secure Download for Box,
follow these steps on the HENNGE Email DLP user interface under the left menu [Files] - [History].
Please note that the procedures in this article can only be carried out by the sender themselves logging into HENNGE Email DLP.
For emails sent from a group address, it is not possible to log in with a group address to HENNGE Email DLP,
so file history review and stopping of shared links cannot be performed.
Additionally, even if the Team Mail function is used, team members cannot review history or stop shared links sent by other team members.

1. Reviewing Sent Files
Select the target email from [Files] - [History].
2. Explanation of Items
・From : Displays the sender (Header From).
・To : Displays the recipients set in the To field.
・Cc : Displays the recipients set in the Cc field.
・Bcc : Displays the recipients set in the Bcc field.
・Method : Displays the processing method of the attached file (HENNGE Secure Download for Box).
・Uploaded : Displays the date and time when the file was uploaded.
・Shared Link : Displays the shared link. If there is no shared link, it will not be shown.
・Shared Link Expiry : Displays the expiration date of the shared link. If there is no shared link, it will not be shown.
・Shared Link Password : Displays the password for the shared link. If there is no shared link, it will not be shown.
・Files : Displays the file name and size of the attached file.
3. Stopping a Shared Link
You can disable a shared link before reaching its expiration date.
※ The expiration date for a shared link can be set by the administrator within a range of 1 to 60 days.
If the shared link's expiration date is reached, access will be disabled.
3.1. Select the target email from [Files] - [History].
3.2. Choose [DISABLE SHARED LINK].
4. File Download
If you want to download the sent file, follow the steps below to download it.
4.1. Select the target email from [Files] - [History].
4.2. Choose [Download all] or downward arrow on the right side of the target file.
If you choose [Download All], all files will be compressed into a zip file and downloaded.
If you choose downward arrow on the right side of the target file, only the specific file will be downloaded.
