After submitting a false positive report from the detection details, how long does it take for the changes to be reflected?
Answer
False positive reports submitted from the detection details are reviewed by our analysis team, and if confirmed as a false positive, they will be registered so that they are no longer detected.
Normally, it takes about 2 weeks for the changes to be reflected. This also applies if you contact us through our support desk.
*If the changes are not reflected after 2 weeks, we will check the status, so please contact us.
