Purpose
This article explains the procedure for administrators to download a list of issued HENNGE Device Certificates.

- Administrator permissions for HENNGE Access Control are required to verify actual screens and make settings changes.

Procedure
1. Access [Device Certificate] - [Certificates] from the left menu of the HENNGE Access Control administration screen.
2. If necessary, extract specific device certificates from the [Filters] menu.
※ If you need to download all device certificates, this step is not necessary.

The filtering conditions are as follows:

Status | Status of the device certificate |
OS | OS distributed |
Login Type | Type of device certificate |
Renewal | Renewability of the device certificate |
Last Used | Date and time when the device certificate was last used |
Valid From | Date and time when the device certificate became valid |
Valid Until | Expiration date of the device certificate |
3. Click [↓ Create List].
4. Click [↓ Generate Download Link].
5. Confirm that the screen displays "Request has been sent".
6. In the Access Control administration screen, click the download button for the list of the desired certificates under [Log Management] - [Device Cert Operations].
※ It may take several minutes to an hour to generate the download link.
After the download link is generated, the "Status" will display as "Complete".
Items (Administration Screen)
The layout of the certificate list screen is as follows:

Name |
Description |
Number of certificates issued | Displays the maximum number of certificates and the number of certificates currently issued |
Number of certificates without last usage date | Displays the number of certificates without a last usage date |
Number of certificates expiring within 30 days | Displays the number of certificates expiring within 30 days |
Recently completed requests | Number of requests that have been completed without errors within 24 hours on the investigation results page |
Number of replaceable certificates | Displays the number of replaceable certificates |
Information included in the list

User name | User name of the user who issued the device certificate |
Status | Displays the status of the device certificate |
OS | OS of the device for which the device certificate was issued |
Description | Contents listed in the description field |
Memo of email subject | Displays the memo of the email subject specified when issuing the device certificate |
Last usage date | Last usage date of the device certificate |
Expiration date and time | Expiration date of the device certificate |
