Procedure

  1. Access the Secure Transfer Login URL.
    Input a full email address, then click ［Next］.

  2. Depending on your environment, you will be redirected to the Access Control, Microsoft 365, or Google Workspace Login screen.
    Enter your ID and password, then log in.
    If Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace is configured as the authentication destination, the Login screen for the respective service will be displayed.

  3. Verify that Operator settings are displayed in the left-side menu.
    If a downloader who has not been granted the Secure Transfer Operator Role accesses the service, Operator settings will not be displayed.
    If they are not displayed, ask an Operator to change the Role.
