Detailed Explanation / Steps
The steps for downloading files after performing "1. Common Steps" vary depending on the URL sender's settings.
Please refer to the steps from the link at the top of the screen that appears after opening the received URL.
2. Steps When No Download Password or Email Authentication is Required
If the download screen for files appears after opening the URL received, please refer to step 2.
3. Steps When a Download Password is Required
If only the message "[You've received files.]" is displayed at the top of the screen, please refer to step 3.
4. Steps When Email Authentication is Required
If a two-step process starting with "[Enter Email Address]" is displayed at the top of the screen,
and the field "[Enter Email Address]" is displayed, please refer to step 4.
5. Steps When Specific Email Address Authentication is Required
If a two-step process starting with "[Enter Email Address]" is displayed at the top of the screen,
and a masked email address is displayed, please refer to step 5.
6. Steps When Both Download Password and Email Authentication are Required
If a three-step process starting with "[Enter Password]" is displayed at the top of the screen, please refer to step 6.
1. Common Steps
1.1. Open the received URL.
1.2. Give consent for the use of cookies.
If the dialog 'This service uses cookies' appears, click [Accept All] to permit the use of all cookies, or click [Manage Cookies] if you prefer to configure settings. After reviewing the details, press [Save].
2. Steps When No Download Password or Email Authentication is Required
2.1. Download all files or select Download to download the files.
Pressing [ Download all files ] will compress all files into a ZIP archive and download them in bulk.
※ This feature is available only when the total size of transferred files is less than 100 MB.
※ [ Download all files ] is displayed when multiple files are uploaded.
3. Steps When a Download Password is Required
3.1. Enter the download password and press [Submit].
Enter the download password provided in the email.
If you check "[Save this authentication for 2 weeks]," authentication information will be saved in the browser's cookies,
and you won't need to enter the password again when accessing the same URL from the same browser.
If you don't want to skip authentication, uncheck the box and submit.
3.2. Download all files or select Download to download the files.

4. Steps When Email Authentication is Required
4.1. Enter the email address to receive the authentication code and press [Send Verification Code].
4.2. Confirm the transition to the authentication code input screen.
4.3. Copy the authentication code received at the authenticated email address.
4.4. Return to the step 4.2. screen and enter the authentication code, then press [Verify].
If you check "[Save this authentication for 2 weeks]," authentication information will be saved in the browser's cookies,
and you won't need to re-authenticate for email authentication when accessing the URL from the same browser.
If you don't want to skip authentication, uncheck the box and submit.
4.5. Download all files or select Download to download the files.

5. Steps when E-mail authentication with specific address is required
5.1. Confirm the email address and select [Send Verification Code].
※ Email authentication is only possible with the email address specified by the sender.
5.2. Confirm the transition to the authentication code input screen.
5.3. Copy the authentication code received at the authenticated email address.
5.4. Return to the step 5.2. screen and enter the authentication code, then press [Verify].

and you won't need to re-authenticate for email authentication when accessing the URL from the same browser.

5.5. Download all files or select Download to download the files.

6. Steps When Both Download Password and Email Authentication are Required
6.1. Enter the download password and press [Submit].

and you won't need to enter the password again when accessing the same URL from the same browser.
Also, if you access a URL requiring email authentication from the same browser, email authentication will be skipped.
If you don't want to skip authentication, uncheck the box and submit.
6.2. For subsequent steps, follow the instructions in the displayed screen for step 4.1. or step 5.1. .
