Detailed Explanation / Procedure

Steps to Check Download Logs

There are two methods to check download logs.

1. Steps to Check Download Logs for Individual Links in File Transfer History

1.1. Select the [File Transfer History] on the HENNGE Secure Transfer user screen.

1.2. Choose the relevant history.

1.3. Click on the link you want to check from the [Link List] under [Basic Information].

1.4. Select [Download Logs].

2. Steps to Check Download Logs for the Entire File Transfer History

2.1. Select the [File Transfer History] on the HENNGE Secure Transfer user screen.

2.2. Choose the relevant history.

2.3. Select [Download Logs].

Explanation of Items

[Frequency]

Displayed for each file.

・Status:

　・Valid: The link is in a valid state, and file downloads are possible.

　・Deleted: The link is in an invalid state, and file downloads are not possible.

・File Name: Displays the uploaded file name.

・Frequency: Displays the download count.

[History]

Displayed for each download history.

・File Name: Displays the downloaded file name.

・User: If email address authentication is enabled, it displays the obtained email address.

・Time: Displays the download date and time.

・IP Address: Displays the IP address of the user who downloaded the file.
