Purpose
This guide explains how to check the details of devices using HENNGE Secure Browser.

- Administrator rights for HENNGE Access Control are required to confirm actual screens or make changes to settings.
Procedure
1. Access the HENNGE Access Control management screen.

2. Access the HENNGE Access Control management screen's left menu [Secure Browser] - [Devices].
3. Click on the row of the target device to open [Device Details].
4. To change device settings, modify the contents of the editable fields and select [Change].
For the items [Expiration Date / Unread Notifications / Browser Policy Group], you can select the checkboxes of the target rows and perform bulk editing using the edit button at the top of the screen.
Device Details Items
The items displayed in Device Details are as follows:
| Item Name | Description |
| ID | HENNGE Secure Browser ID |
| User | The user to whom this device is assigned. ※ To change the user name, click [edit user] on the right side of the row. |
| Display Name | The name displayed on the device list screen |
| Device Type | The OS information of the device on which HENNGE Secure Browser is installed |
| App Version | The current version of the HENNGE Secure Browser app |
| Last Used Date and Time | The last time the user logged in via HENNGE Secure Browser |
| Expires | The expiration date of the device. ※ After the expiration date, authentication with HENNGE Secure Browser on the device will no longer be possible. |
| Send unread notifications | Enable/Disable unread notifications. ※ If enabled, unread email notifications can be received on the device. |
| Browser Policy Group | The browser policy group this device belongs to |
Filtering the Content Displayed in the Device List
It is possible to filter the target devices displayed in the list using the search box and filter options at the top of the device list.
1. Enter the keyword you want to search for in the search box.
You can filter by the keywords included in each device's details: "Display Name," "App Version," "Device Type," "ID," and the "User Name" assigned to the device.
2. Select [Filters] next to the search box, specify the search criteria in the window that appears, and press the [Search] button.

How to Bulk Download Device Information
1. Access the HENNGE Access Control management screen's left menu [Secure Browser] - [Device List].
2. Select [Download (CSV)].
