Purpose
- This article explains how to check the details of devices using HENNGE Secure Browser.

- To actually check the screen or change settings, you need global administrator privileges for HENNGE Access Control or Secure Browser administrator privileges.
Procedure
1. Access the HENNGE Access Control Administration screen.

2. Access the [Secure Browser] - [Devices] from the left menu of the HENNGE Access Control Administration screen.
3. Click on the row of the target device to open [Device Details].
4. If you want to change the items of the device, change the content of the editable items and select [Save Changes].
For the items [Expiration Date / Send unread notifications / Browser Policy Group], you can select the checkboxes of the target rows and perform batch editing from the edit button at the top of the screen.
Device Details Items
The items displayed in Device Details are as follows.
| Item Name | Description |
| ID | HENNGE Secure Browser ID |
| User | The user assigned to this device. ※ To change the username, click [Edit User] on the right side of the row. |
| Display Name | The name displayed on the Devices screen |
| Device Type | OS information of the terminal where HENNGE Secure Browser is installed |
| App Version | Current app version of HENNGE Secure Browser |
| Last Used | The last date and time logged in from HENNGE Secure Browser |
| Expiration Date | Device expiration date ※ If the expiration date has passed, authentication with HENNGE Secure Browser on the device will not be possible. |
| Unread Notifications | Enable / Disable unread notifications ※ If enabled, unread notifications of emails can be received on the device. |
| Browser Policy Group | The browser policy group to which this device belongs |
Filtering the Content Displayed in the Devices List
It is possible to filter the targets displayed in the list using the search box and filter options at the top of the Devices list.
1. Enter the keyword you want to search for in the search box.
Filtering is possible with keywords included in each device detail's "Display Name", "App Version", "Device Type", "ID", and the "Username" assigned to the device.
2. Select [ Filters ] next to the search box, specify the search criteria in the displayed window, and press the [ Search ] button.

Device Information Bulk Download Method
1. Access [Secure Browser] - [Devices] from the left menu of the HENNGE Access Control Administration.
2. Select [Download (CSV)].
