Detailed Explanation / Procedure
To view download logs in HENNGE Secure Transfer as an administrator, log in with the administrator account.
You can view the files sent and received by users within the organization by turning off "Show only my file transfers."
Steps to View Download Logs
There are two methods to view download logs:
1. Steps to View Download Logs for Individual Links in the File Transfer History
1.1. Select the HENNGE Secure Transfer administrator screen, then choose "File Transfer History."
1.2. Select the desired history.
1.3. Click on the link you want to check from the "Link List" under "Basic Information."
1.4. Select "Download Logs."
2. Steps to View Download Logs for the Entire File Transfer History
2.1. Select the HENNGE Secure Transfer user screen, then choose "File Transfer History."
2.2. Select the desired history.
2.3. Select "Download Logs."
Item Descriptions
[ Count ]
Displayed for each file.
・Status:
・Enabled: The link is in an active state, and file downloads are possible.
・Deleted: The link is in an inactive state, and file downloads are not possible.
・File Name: Displays the uploaded file name.
・Count: Displays the download count.
[ History ]
Displayed for each download history.
・File Name: Displays the downloaded file name.
・User: If email address authentication is enabled, the acquired email address is displayed.
・Time: Displays the date and time of the download.
・IP Address: Displays the IP address of the user who downloaded the file.
