Purpose
- This article explains how users of HENNGE Secure Transfer can request files from the other party.

Log in to HENNGE Secure Transfer (Modern)
Procedure
1. Click [Create transfer] - [Receive Files].
2. Select the security type.
If requiring Email address verification
Check [Require email verification] and specify the email addresses or domains you want to allow, separated by [,], or allow anyone.
If setting a Password
Check [Password Protection] and manually enter the password that guests will input when downloading the files or set it automatically from [Generate Password].
* The display of email verification, password, and checkboxes may vary depending on the admin's settings.
3. If necessary, check [Other Settings] to set [Display Name] - [Show In Upload Page] and enter the requester information to be displayed on the upload screen.
* If you do not want to display the requester information on the upload screen, uncheck the box.
4. If necessary, enter the text to be displayed on the upload screen in [Message].
5. If necessary, set a note that is only visible to the sender in [Notes (For internal use)] and click [Create Link].
6. Notify the guest.
Once the upload link creation is complete, the upload URL and the URL's expiration date will be displayed. If a password was set, the password will also be displayed.
* You will not be able to retrieve the password after closing the window.
If you press [Copy]
The message will be copy so you can paste it into an email or similar to notify the guest.
If you press [Compose email]
The email client configured for each user will launch.

8. If necessary, click [Edit Transfer] ro confirm the details of the Transfer
