[Secure Transfer] Change 'File Transfer' send/receive URL settings

Target

• Users using Secure Transfer

Purpose

• This article explains how to edit, deactivate, or reactivate links for created transfers.

Notes

1. The content of this article is based on the product specifications as of January 2026 and is subject to change without notice.
2. The menus displayed on the screen may differ depending on the permissions granted.

Procedure

1. From the Secure Transfer user screen, go to [Files] - [Transfer List].

   

2. If necessary, use [Filters] at the top right of the screen to narrow down the transfers displayed.
   * If an admin wants to operate files of other users, filter by a specific user from "Transfer Creator" or display all users.

   

3. Click the target transfer.
   Follow the procedure for the action you want to perform from the links below.
   • Edit Link
   • Deactivate Links

   • Reactivate Link

     

Edit Link

1. Select the target link.
   * If there are multiple links, select the target link from the numbers at the bottom of the page.

   

2. Click [Edit] on the right side of "Link Summary".

   

3. Edit the link and click [Update Link].

Deactivate Links

There are two ways to deactivate links.

To deactivate all links

1. Click [Deactivate Links].

   

2. Click [Deactivate].

   

To deactivate individual links

1. Click the target link.
   * If there are multiple links, select the target link from the numbers at the bottom of the page.

   

2. Click [Deactivate] on the right side of "Link Summary".

   

3. Click [Deactivate].

   

Reactivate Link

Only links with the status [Deactivated] can be reactivated.
Links with the status [Deleted] cannot be reactivated.

1. Click [Activate] for the target link.

   

2. Click [Activate].
