[Secure Transfer] Notification Settings – HENNGE One Help Center

This explains how users of companies contracted with Secure Transfer can set up notifications sent when actions such as file uploads or downloads are performed.

[Secure Transfer] Login Procedure

Log in to Secure Transfer and access [Personal Settings] - [Email Notifications] from the left menu.
In the "Personal Notification Settings" screen, set each item and select [Save].

Name	Description	Notes
Notification Conditions	Conditions for notifying actions by guests	File download by guest Notifies when a file is downloaded from the URL issued in [Create File Transfer] - [Send]. File upload by guest Notifies when a file is uploaded to the URL issued in [Create File Transfer] - [Receive].
Subject	The subject of the notification email sent from Secure Transfer when the actions listed in [Notification Conditions] are performed	-
Notification Message Language	The language of the notification email sent from Secure Transfer when the actions listed in [Notification Conditions] are performed	You can choose from English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese.
Items Included in Notification Email	Items included in the notification email sent from Secure Transfer when the actions listed in [Notification Conditions] are performed	The content described in [Notes (Internal Use)] of the issued relevant URL will be included in the notification email to yourself.
