[Secure Transfer] Notification Settings – HENNGE One Help Center

This article explains how to set notifications sent when actions such as file uploads and downloads are performed.

Please log in to Secure Transfer in advance by referring to the following article.
Log in to HENNGE Secure Transfer (Modern)

1. Log in to HENNGE Secure Transfer and select [Notifications] from the left menu.

2. Update settings on the "Personal Notification Settings" screen and select [Save].

Name	Description	Notes
Event Type	Conditions for notifying actions by guests	File download by guest Notifies when a file is downloaded from the URL issued in [Create File Transfer] - [Send]. File upload by guest Notifies when a file is uploaded to the URL issued in [Create File Transfer] - [Receive].
Subject	The subject of the notification email sent from HENNGE Secure Transfer when the actions listed in [Notification Conditions] are performed	-
Notification Language	The language of the notification email sent from HENNGE Secure Transfer when the actions listed in [Notification Conditions] are performed	You can choose from English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese.
Notification Contents	Items included in the notification email sent from HENNGE Secure Transfer when the actions listed in [Notification Conditions] are performed	The content described in [Description (Internal Use)] of the issued relevant URL will be included in the notification email.
