- Administrators of HENNGE Secure Transfer
Purpose
This article explains various settings for tenants of HENNGE Secure Transfer (such as file size, security, etc.).
Notes
- This article is based on product specifications as of October 2024 and is subject to change without notice.
- If managing multiple domains, Tenant admins can make setting changes for all domains. Domain admins can make setting changes only for the domains they manage.
Procedure
1. Log in to HENNGE Secure Transfer with an administrator account.

2. Click on the menu on the left to change the settings you want.
※ An image is attached as an example for changing [File Size].
3. On the settings screen, select the domain for which you want to change the settings from [Selected Domain], make the necessary changes, and click the [Save] button.
※ For Domain admins, [Selected Domain] will not be displayed.

Transfer Settings
Below is an overview of the menu related to transfer settings.
Menu Name | Overview | Description |
File Size | Defines the maximum file size that can be uploaded in a transfer. | ※ The maximum size that can be set varies depending on the contract. |
File Download Restrictions | Prohibits users and guests from downloading encrypted files. |
※ When encrypted files are uploaded while this setting is enabled, the file will not be displayed on the download screen even if the URL is accessed.

Transfer Type | Sets the types of transfers users can create. |
※ If the transfer type of a previously created file transfer does not match the updated transfer type, users will no longer be able to add files or edit links for that transfer (stopping links and downloading files is still possible). |
Link Settings
Below is an overview of the menu related to link settings.
※ If you change the security policies, you will no longer be able to edit the security policies for past links that do not match the updated security policies from the [Transfer History] screen. (Stopping links and reactivating them is possible.)

Download Limit | Set the maximum number of times a guest can download a file uploaded using the "Send" function. | * Users can change the download count for each file transfer, up to the set value. | |
Active Period | Set the maximum value for the expiration of generated file transfer URLs. | * Users can change the value for each generated URL, up to the set value. | |
Guest Consent Screen | Change the [Active / Inactive] status of the guest consent screen and the message displayed on the consent screen. | * If used as a consent screen for GDPR, refer to General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Compliance. * This setting is not mandatory. |
