This article explains the procedure for configuring login permissions to Secure Transfer via Microsoft 365 for customers using Secure Transfer.
Notes
- A Microsoft 365 global administrator account is required to perform this procedure.
- After completing this procedure, it may take some time (at most several hours) for the settings to take effect.

- Due to updates or specification changes, the display and other elements may differ in some cases.
- If you are logging in to Secure Transfer only via Access Control, the relevant application may not be displayed. In that case, this procedure is not required.
Procedure
- Open your browser and access the following URL.
https://aad.portal.azure.com/ (external link) - Make sure the Microsoft 365 sign-in screen is displayed, and sign in with a Microsoft 365 global administrator account.
- In the Microsoft Entra admin center, click [Applications] - [Enterprise applications].
- On the All applications screen, click [Secure Transfer] from the list of applications.
* If you are logging in to Secure Transfer only via Access Control, the relevant application may not be displayed.
In that case, this procedure is not required. - On the Secure Transfer overview screen, click [Properties].
- Set [Enabled for users to sign-in?] to [Yes].
* If it is already set to [Yes], proceed to step 8. - Click [Save].
- On the Secure Transfer overview screen, click [Self-service].
- Set [Allow users to request access to this application?] to [No].
* If it is already set to [No], skip this step. - Click [Save].
- Wait for a while (at most several hours) until the settings are applied.
