Note that the access conditions that the system checks when a user logs in (IP control, HENNGE Device Certificate, one-time password, etc.) depend on the configuration of the access policy group to which the logged-in user belongs.
Therefore, it is recommended to choose the value to set in this configuration item based on the access control content within the access policy group you use.

For creating and configuring an access policy group, please refer to the following article:

3. Ignore Domain Name

This setting determines whether to ignore the domain part after "@" that the user enters in the [Username] field of the login screen.

Enabled (Toggle button is blue): The system performs login authentication using the value entered in the [Username] field without considering the domain part after "@".

Example:

If a user enters "user@example.com" in the [Username] field, the system performs login authentication with "user."

Disabled (Toggle button is gray): The system performs login authentication using the value entered in the [Username] field as is.

If you choose to enable this option, please ensure that the following two conditions are met for smooth operation in your environment and operation:

1. The unique domain registered in the HENNGE One service is only the main domain of HENNGE Access Control.
2. Users registered in HENNGE Access Control do not include the domain (main domain) part in their usernames, and you do not plan to include it in the future.

4. Logo Image

This setting is for configuring the logo displayed on the HENNGE Access Control login screen.

If you upload a file larger than this size, it will be automatically resized by the system.

Additionally, only image files with a file size of 100 KB or smaller can be uploaded.

Note that it may take up to 10 minutes for the updated logo image to be reflected on the login screen.
