This article is intended for administrators who perform the initial setup and operational management of HENNGE Access Control.
Purpose
This article explains the configuration items related to the HENNGE Access Control login screen and how to change the settings.

2. To confirm actual screens and change settings, you need administrator privileges for HENNGE Access Control.

4. The settings in this article apply at the tenant level and cannot be set individually for each user.
Configuration Item Description
User registration in HENNGE Access Control's modern view is done in the HENNGE Access Control management screen's left menu [User] - [User List].
The settings related to the HENNGE Access Control login are found in the HENNGE Access Control management screen's left menu [System] - [Domain Settings] - [Login] under [Authentication Methods] and [Login Screen Settings] and [Others].
Authentication Methods
1. Method Selection
Select the authentication method to be displayed on the HENNGE Access Control login screen.
There are three types of authentication methods.
Username/Password
Device Certificate
Both (Username/Password or Device Certificate)
Note that the access conditions (IP control, HENNGE Device Certificate, one-time password, etc.) checked by the system when users actually authenticate depend on the settings of the access policy group to which the login user belongs.
Therefore, it is recommended to select values based on the access control content of the access policy group used.

Login Screen Settings
These are settings related to the login screen.
1. Page Title
This is the title displayed in the browser tab.
You can set any string of up to 256 characters.
2. Display Keep Me Logged In
Set whether to display the [Keep me logged in] checkbox on the HENNGE Access Control login screen.
Enabled (toggle button is blue): Displays the [Keep me logged in] checkbox.
Disabled (toggle button is gray): Hides the [Keep me logged in] checkbox.

3. Ignore Domain Name
This setting determines whether to ignore the domain part after @ entered in the [Username] field on the login screen.
Enabled (toggle button is blue): Login authentication is performed with the value ignoring the domain part after @ entered in the [Username] field.
Example:
If a user inputs "user@example.com" in the [Username] field, the system will perform login authentication using "user".
Disabled (Toggle button is gray): Login authentication will be performed using the value entered in the [Username] field as is.
4. Logo Image
This setting is for configuring the logo displayed on the HENNGE Access Control login screen.
To ensure optimal display, please upload an image with dimensions of 150 pixels × 450 pixels or less.
Files larger than this will be automatically resized by the system.
Additionally, only image files with a size of 100 KB or less can be uploaded.
Please note that it may take up to 10 minutes for the updated logo image to be reflected on the login screen.
Other
Settings related to lockout when a user enters an incorrect password.
1. Lockout Trigger Count
Set the number of times a user's login attempts will trigger a lockout.
You can set the count from 1 to 99.
2. Lockout Duration
Set the duration for which the user will be locked out.
You can set the duration from 1 to 5000000000 seconds. If left blank, lockout will not be triggered.
3. Logout Page URL
The URL to which users will be redirected after logging out of HENNGE Access Control.
If left blank, users will be shown the following screen after logout:
Changing Settings
To reflect changes in each setting value, click the [Change] button on the right of [System] - [Domain Settings] - [Login] in the HENNGE Access Control admin screen.
