Target

This article is intended for administrators who perform initial setup and operational management of HENNGE Access Control.

Purpose

This article explains the settings and methods for changing settings in the HENNGE Access Control management screen [System] - [Domain Settings] - [Others].

Notes

1. The content of this article is based on product specifications as of September 2023 and may change without notice thereafter.

2. Administrator privileges for HENNGE Access Control are required for actual screen verification and setting changes.

3. Refer to the following article for how to access the admin console:

4. The settings in this article are configured on a per-tenant basis and cannot be configured differently for each user.

Setting Descriptions

Other settings for HENNGE Access Control are available under the left menu of the HENNGE Access Control management screen [System] - [Domain Settings] - [Others].

Display of License-Related Information

License Type

This displays the type of license applied to this tenant.

Currently, there are two types:

1. HENNGE One

2. HENNGE One for Education

OTP (One-Time Password) Settings

OTP Issuer Name

This is displayed in the Authenticator application where OTP issuance settings are made along with the user's email address.

For HENNGE Lock:

You can set an issuer name of up to 20 characters, with the default value being "HENNGE".

Entry Pass Settings

1. Entry Pass Issuance Conditions

This describes the conditions for issuing entry passes:

- Always Allow: Issues entry passes to the browser when authentication is successful in HENNGE Access Control.

- Issue under the following conditions: Issues entry passes to the browser when authentication is successful under specified access conditions.

- Never Allow: Does not issue entry passes under any conditions.

2. Entry Pass Expiration

Set the expiration date for entry passes.
You can set it in the range of 1 to 400 days.

Note that the entry pass expiration date is reset to this setting value whenever a user logs into HENNGE Access Control and meets the entry pass issuance conditions.

Example:

Set the entry pass expiration to 90 days.

In this case, if a user logs in under the conditions that meet the entry pass issuance conditions again 30 days after the entry pass issuance, the entry pass will be renewed, and a new entry pass valid for 90 days will be set in the browser.

3. Entry Pass Generation Key

This key is used for generating and verifying the authenticity of entry passes.

Click [Reset Entry Pass Key] if you want to invalidate all previously issued entry passes.
※ It is not possible to invalidate only some entry passes.

Time Zone / Language Settings

1. Time Zone

This is the time zone setting used if there is no specific specification within the tenant.
For example, it is used in HENNGE Secure Browser's device authentication notification emails.

2. Language

This is the language setting used if there is no specific specification within the tenant.
For example, it is used in HENNGE Secure Browser's device authentication notification emails.

※ The display language on the HENNGE Access Control screen depends on browser settings.

Logout Page Settings

Logout Page URL

This is the URL to which you will be redirected after logging out of HENNGE Access Control.

If left blank, you will not be redirected, and the following screen will be displayed after logout:

How to Change Settings

Make settings for each setting value and click the [Change] button in the upper right.
