Target
This is intended for customers who perform user synchronization from HENNGE Access Control to Microsoft 365 using HENNGE Access Control Directory Sync.
Purpose
HENNGE Access Control Directory Sync grants permissions to add, edit, and delete user information on your Microsoft 365.
Notes
1. The content of this article is based on the product specifications as of March 2025 and may change without notice thereafter.
2. Global administrator privileges for HENNGE Access Control and overall administrator privileges for Microsoft 365 are required to verify the actual screen and change settings.

How to access the HENNGE Access Control Administration
Pre-checks
- Execute the following steps to ensure that Microsoft Graph PowerShell can be used in your environment.
Connect to Microsoft365 from Microsoft Graph PowerShell
Procedure
1. Access [Provisioning Settings] from the HENNGE Access Control Administration.
2. Click [+ Add Service] from the [Sync Destination] menu.
3. Click the service to be synchronized from the synchronization service selection screen.
If only Entra ID is shown, click [Entra ID].
If the [Use Saved Data] menu is displayed, click [Use Saved Data] and proceed to step 6.
※ This menu is displayed if step 5. [Requested Permissions] has been completed.
4. The Microsoft 365 login screen will be displayed, so log in with an overall administrator account.
5. The [Requested Permissions] screen will be displayed, so click [Accept].
6. Refer to the following to select the domain to be synchronized and click [Continue].
7. The Microsoft Graph PowerShell command will be displayed on the screen, so copy the command and execute it with the Microsoft 365 overall administrator account.
※ Please perform the following steps in advance to use the command.

8. If prompted to log in to Microsoft 365, log in with an account that has overall administrator privileges.
9. Confirm that no errors are output in red in the execution result of the Microsoft Graph PowerShell command performed in step 7.
If an error occurs, capture the error screen and inform the HENNGE One implementation representative/support desk.
10. Once you have confirmed that the Microsoft Graph PowerShell command was executed correctly, you are done.
Return to the provisioning settings screen with the [Cancel] and [Back] buttons and inform the HENNGE One implementation representative.
