1. Pre-Preparation
1.1. Confirm if HENNGE Secure Transfer (Modern) has been provided
An email notification about the release has been sent to the pre-registered representative at the time when it became available in your environment.
Please check if you have received the email.
1.2. Confirm the authentication method of HENNGE Secure Transfer (Classic)
The procedure to start using HENNGE Secure Transfer (Modern) varies depending on the authentication method of HENNGE Secure Transfer (Classic).
Please refer to the following steps to confirm your authentication method.

2. Start using HENNGE Secure Transfer (Modern)
Please confirm the procedure that corresponds to the authentication method confirmed in step 1.2 above.
2.1. If the authentication method is HENNGE Access Control
2.1.1. Confirm the Name ID of HENNGE Secure Transfer (Classic)
1) Access the HENNGE Access Control management screen with an administrator user and open the edit screen for the HENNGE Secure Transfer (Classic) settings from [Service Provider Settings].
* The one named "HENNGE Secure Transfer (Modern)" is for the modern setting, so please check the other HENNGE Secure Transfer settings.
2) Confirm the content set in the "Name ID" field within the settings.
2.1.2. Confirm and change the Name ID of HENNGE Secure Transfer (Modern)
1) Open the edit screen for "HENNGE Secure Transfer (Modern)" from [Service Provider Settings] in the HENNGE Access Control management screen.
2) Confirm the content set in the "Name ID" field and if it differs from what was confirmed in 2.1.1, modify it to match the content confirmed in 2.1.1 and save.
2.1.3. HENNGE Secure Transfer connection work (HENNGE Access Control)
* Since "HENNGE Secure Transfer (Modern)" is already registered in the "Service Provider Settings" of the HENNGE Access Control management screen, please start from Step 1. Allow the service to target users in the linked article.
2.2. If the authentication method is Microsoft 365
Use Microsoft 365 administrator privileges to grant access to HENNGE Secure Transfer.

* When logging in to HENNGE Secure Transfer (Modern), the login ID will be the "Primary Email Address."
2.3. If the authentication method is Google Workspace
1) Use Google Workspace administrator privileges to grant access to HENNGE Secure Transfer.

3. Operation Verification Test by Administrator User

4. Operational Policy Settings
4.1. HENNGE Secure Transfer Operational Policy Settings
You can set policies related to the operation of HENNGE Secure Transfer (Modern) according to your company's requirements.

4.2. Setting Google Group Login Restrictions (for Google Workspace Authentication Only)
If the authentication method is Google Workspace, it is possible to set restrictions so that only specific Google groups can log in to HENNGE Secure Transfer (Modern).

5. Start of Operation
Please start the operation according to the procedure corresponding to the confirmed authentication method below.
5.1. If the authentication method is HENNGE Access Control
Log in to HENNGE Secure Transfer with a user who has been granted usage rights and start using the service.
5.2. If the authentication method is Google Workspace
Log in to HENNGE Secure Transfer with a user who has been granted usage rights and start using the service.

5.3. If the authentication method is Microsoft 365
Log in to HENNGE Secure Transfer with a user who has been granted usage rights and start using the service.

6. Operation Test
6.1. HENNGE Secure Transfer Operation Test by General Users
Once HENNGE Secure Transfer (Modern) operation has started, please have general users who have been granted usage rights also perform an operation test.

7. Stopping the Use of HENNGE Secure Transfer (Classic)
This step is performed when discontinuing the use of HENNGE Secure Transfer (Classic) after migrating to HENNGE Secure Transfer (Modern).
If the authentication method is HENNGE Access Control, you can control logins to HENNGE Secure Transfer (Classic) via the Access Policy Group.
If the authentication method is other than HENNGE Access Control, you can use the "Stop Domain" feature to discontinue the use of HENNGE Secure Transfer (Classic).
Please refer to the following steps for specific procedures according to the authentication method.
7.1. If the Authentication Method is HENNGE Access Control
7.1.1. Log in to the HENNGE Access Control management screen with an account that has administrative privileges
7.1.2. From the Access Policy Group menu, open the edit screen of the Access Policy Group that allows logins to HENNGE Secure Transfer (Classic)
7.1.3. In the edit screen, uncheck HENNGE Secure Transfer (Classic) under [ Allowed Service Providers ], then select [ Send ] or [ Change ]

7.2. If the Authentication Method is Not HENNGE Access Control
Performing this step will prevent all users, including administrators, from accessing HENNGE Secure Transfer (Classic).
Additionally, all previously issued URLs in the stopped domain environment will become invalid, and access to files and action logs will be disabled.
Once this step is performed, it cannot be undone.
Please make sure to export any necessary data and notify users in advance if needed.
7.2.1. Verify Domain Information in Use
1) Log in to HENNGE Secure Transfer (Modern) with an account that has tenant administrator privileges.
2) Select the domain currently being used, displayed at the top of each setting item in the side menu, and record the information of all currently registered domains.
7.2.2. Stop the Domain of HENNGE Secure Transfer (Classic)
Log in to HENNGE Secure Transfer (Classic) and follow the instructions in the article [ Stop This Domain ] to perform the domain stopping process.
If you have multiple domains, log in to the HENNGE Secure Transfer (Classic) environment for each domain with an administrator account and perform the stop process.
