This article is intended for administrators responsible for the initial setup and operational management of HENNGE Email DLP.
Purpose
This article explains how to create Secure Download policies in HENNGE Email DLP.

4. Pre-creation of target address groups and Secure Download types is required.
- Create HENNGE Secure Download Type
Detailed Explanation / Procedure
To set up a Secure Download policy, log in to HENNGE Email DLP with an administrator account and navigate to [Secure Download] - [Secure Download Policies] in the left menu.
Procedure
1. Click [ + Create ].
* The Default policy, which is created by default, is used automatically when no matching policy is found. Default cannot be deleted or edited.
2. Enter the details for each item and click [ Create ].
Configuration Items
1. Priority
Enter a numerical value from 1 to 99,999 for the policy's priority. A lower value indicates a higher priority.
2. Secure Download Type
Choose whether to use Secure Download for sending.
If you select "Send via Secure Download," choose the applicable Secure Download type.
Secure Download types need to be created in advance. Please refer to the article on Creating Secure Download Types for details.
3. Condition to Apply policy
Set the senders and receivers of emails as policy application conditions.
If using address groups as conditions, they need to be created in advance. Please refer to the article on Creating Address Groups for details.
Sender
Select the sender of the email.
[ Any sender]
All senders' emails are subject to the policy.
[ Specific group]
Emails sent by the selected address group are subject to the policy. This is based on the Envelope From address, not the Header From address.
Receiver
Select the receiver of the email.
[ Any recipient ]
All receivers are subject to the policy.
[ Specific Group]
Emails received by the selected address group are subject to the policy. This is based on the Envelope To address, not the Header To/Cc address.
