Create Secure Download Type

Target

  • Administrators of HENNGE Email DLP
  • Those who use HENNGE Secure Download to convert attached files into URLs

Purpose

This article explains how to create a HENNGE Secure Download type in HENNGE Email DLP.

  2. To confirm actual screens and make changes, administrator privileges for HENNGE Email DLP are required.

Procedure

Log in with an administrator account and access [Secure Download] - [Secure Download Types] from the left menu.

 

1. Click on [+ Create] on the top right corner.

2. Enter each item and click [Create].

When creating a download link with HENNGE Secure Download, settings are required for displaying the link as a PDF file or in the email body.

Items

The items to be set when creating a HENNGE Secure Download type are as follows:

Name Description Notes
Name

Enter any name.

 * Maximum of 252 characters.
Link Validity Period Set the expiration period for the file download link. * Set between 1 - 31 days.
Link Sharing

Set the method for creating the file download link.

・PDF
A PDF containing the download link will be attached.
・Email body (Top)
The download link will be displayed at the top of the email.

 * Either one or both can be set.

 PDF Filename

Set the name of the PDF file.

 For available character types in the file name, please refer to the following article:
Characters available for PDF and ZIP encryption file names issued by HENNGE Secure Download
PDF Languages Select the language to be displayed in the PDF from the following 4 languages.
[Japanese, English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese]

* If multiple languages are selected, a separate page will be generated for each language in the PDF.
* By changing the language, you can change the order of pages in the PDF.

Link Sharing

- Email body

 Message language Select the language of the displayed text from the following 4 languages.
[Japanese, English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese]		 * The text will be displayed at the top of the email and cannot be changed.
