[Email DLP] Delete Secure Download Type

Purpose

• This article explains how to delete Secure Download Types in Email DLP.

4. Display items related to Secure Download for Box are only shown to customers who have subscribed to Secure Download for Box.

Procedure 

1. From the left menu of the Email DLP Administration, go to [Attachment Settings] - [Secure Download Types].

   

2. Select the tab of the Secure Download Type you want to delete.
   * The Secure Download for Box tab is displayed only for customers who have subscribed to Secure Download for Box.

   

3. Click the [Trash icon] to the right of the Secure Download Type you want to delete.
   * The System Default, which is created by default, is a Secure Download Type that is automatically used when there is no matching policy. The System Default cannot be deleted or edited.

   

4. Review the details and click [Delete].
   * If the Secure Download Type to be deleted is being used in a Secure Download Policy, deleting the Secure Download Type will also delete the related policies, so please be careful.
