Purpose
- Explain the procedure for creating/editing a browser policy group as an administrator.

- Global administrator privileges for Access Control are required to verify the actual screen and change settings.

How to Access the Access Control Administration Screen
Procedure
1. Access the [Secure Browser] - [Browser Policy Group] from the left menu of the Access Control administration screen.
2. Click [+ Add Browser Policy Group] in the upper right corner of the screen, or click the browser policy group you want to edit.
3. Configure each item and click [Save] or [Set as Expiring].

Items (Browser Policy Group)
| Name | Description | Notes |
| ID | ID of each Browser Policy Group | Automatically numbered starting from 0 for the first group. ※ Can only be confirmed after creating a new Browser Policy Group. |
| Display Name | Name of the Browser Policy Group | ※ The length of the display name must be 256 characters or less. |
| Device Count | Total number of devices associated with the Browser Policy Group | ※ Can only be confirmed after creating a new Browser Policy Group. |
| Save Username | Setting to allow saving of the username | Sets whether to save the username on the login screen and allow automatic input for future logins. |
| Save Password | Setting to allow saving of the password | Sets whether to save the password on the login screen and allow automatic input for future logins. |
| Save Cookies | Setting to allow saving of cookies | If not allowed, the item in the settings screen within Secure Browser will be hidden. ※ Only effective on iOS, iPadOS, and Android versions. |
| Save Form Data | Setting to allow saving of form data | If not allowed, the item in the settings screen within Secure Browser will be hidden. ※ Only effective on iOS, iPadOS, and Android versions. |
| Allow Long Press | Setting to allow popup menu display when long pressing on a webpage | - |
| Allow Camera | Setting to allow camera usage |
If "Allow" is selected, functions can be used on websites requesting access to the camera and microphone based on user approval. ※ Only effective on iOS, iPadOS, and Android versions. |
| Allow GPS | Setting to allow GPS usage |
If "Allow" is selected, GPS functions can be used on websites like maps that request GPS functionality. ※ Only effective on iOS, iPadOS, and Android versions. |
| Clear Clipboard | Setting for automatic clipboard clearing | Sets whether to automatically clear the clipboard contents when switching apps. |
| Skip Authentication | Setting to allow skipping of login authentication | The "Skip Authentication" setting in Secure Browser's access policy is enabled when using authentication sources other than Access Control. Therefore, in environments where Access Control exists, it is unconditionally disabled. |
| Force PIN Lock | Setting to automatically lock the app and force passcode input on startup | Choose whether to automatically lock the app and require passcode on startup. If this setting is enabled, you can also set the minimum number of characters for the passcode. |
| Enforce HTTPS | HTTPS Enforcement Settings | Configure whether to use only HTTPS as the connection method for all websites accessed through Secure Browser. |
| Initial Page URL | URL Settings for the First Web Page to Open After Successful Login to Secure Browser | If left blank, the Bookmarks screen will open. |
| Add allowed services | Settings for Adding Allowed Services | If this feature is enabled, bookmarks will be created based on the service provider settings in Access Control. |
| Bookmarks | Settings for Content Displayed on the Bookmarks Screen | Up to 10 bookmarks can be registered. |
