Purpose
Administrators will create a new Browser Policy Group.

Detailed Description / Procedure
Creating a new Browser Policy Group in HENNGE Access Control is done in the HENNGE Access Control Administration's left menu [ Secure Browser ] - [ Browser Policy Groups ]
How to Create a New Browser Policy Group
1. Access the HENNGE Access Control Administration's left menu [ Secure Browser ] - [ Browser Policy Groups ].
2. Click [ Add Browser Policy Group ] at the top right.
3. Set each item and click [ Submit ].
Browser Policy Group Settings
1. Policy Group Details
1.1. ID (※Only viewable after creating a new Browser Policy Group)
This is the value assigned to each Browser Policy Group. It is automatically numbered starting from 0 for the first group.
1.2. Display Name
This is the setting value that will be the name of the Browser Policy Group.
※ The length of the Display Name must be 256 characters or less.
1.3. Number of Devices (※Only viewable after creating a new Browser Policy Group)
Indicates the total number of Devices associated with the Browser Policy Group.
2. Policy Settings
2.1. Save Username
Set whether to save the username on the login screen and allow automatic input for future logins.
2.2. Save Password
Set whether to save the password on the login screen and allow automatic input for future logins.
2.3. Save Cookies
Set whether to allow the function to save Cookies.
If not allowed, the item in the settings screen within HENNGE Secure Browser will be hidden.
※Only effective on iOS, iPadOS, and Android versions.
2.4. Save Form Data
Set whether to allow the function to save Form Data.
If not allowed, the item in the settings screen within HENNGE Secure Browser will be hidden.
※Only effective on iOS, iPadOS, and Android versions.
2.5. Allow Long Press
Set whether to allow the display of a popup menu when long pressing on a webpage.
2.6. Allow Camera
If "Accepted" is selected, functions can be used based on user approval on websites requesting access to the camera and microphone.
If "Denied" is selected, the camera and microphone cannot be used.
※Only effective on iOS, iPadOS, and Android versions.
2.7. Allow GPS
If "Accepted" is selected, the GPS function can be used on websites such as maps that request the GPS function.
If "Denied" is selected, the GPS function cannot be used.
※Only effective on iOS, iPadOS, and Android versions.
2.8. Clear Clipboard
Set whether to automatically clear the contents of the Clipboard when switching apps.
2.9. Skip Authentication
The "Skip Login Authentication" setting in the access policy of HENNGE Secure Browser is enabled when using authentication destinations other than HENNGE Access Control.
Therefore, in environments where HENNGE Access Control exists, it is unconditionally disabled.
2.10. Force PIN Lock
Set whether to automatically lock the app and require a passcode upon startup.
If you enable this setting, set the minimum number of characters for the passcode.
2.11. Force HTTPS
Set whether to use only HTTPS as the connection method for all websites accessed through HENNGE Secure Browser.
2.12. Start URL
Set the URL of the first webpage to open after a successful login to HENNGE Secure Browser.
If left blank, the Bookmark screen will open.
3. Bookmark
3.1. Add Allowed Services
If this feature is enabled, bookmarks are created based on the service provider settings of HENNGE Access Control.
3.2. Bookmark
Set the content to display on the Bookmark screen.
You can register up to 10 bookmarks.
