This article is intended for administrators who perform initial setup and operational management of HENNGE Access Control.

Objective

Verify administrator operation logs in the modern view of the HENNGE Access Control management screen.

Detailed Description / Procedure

To check the administrator's operation log in the modern view of HENNGE Access Control, go to the HENNGE Access Control management screen's left menu [Log Management] - [Administrator Operation Log].

1. Procedure

1.1. Access the HENNGE Access Control management screen.

1.2. Access [Log Management] - [Administrator Operation Log] on the HENNGE Access Control management screen.

1.3. Specify the date and time and perform the search. Specify other conditions as needed.

The conditions that can be specified are as follows:

・Operation Content: Specify what kind of operation by the administrator. The selectable operation contents are as follows:

・Operator: The username of the administrator who performed the operation is displayed.

・IP Address: You can specify the IP address of the access source for the administrator's operation.

The username of the administrator who performed the operation is displayed.

2.4. Status

Whether the operation was successful or failed is displayed.

2.5. IP Address

The IP address (IPv4 or IPv6) of the access source for the operator is displayed.

2.6. Device Information

Device information of the access source for the operator is displayed.

3. Items (Download)

The items displayed in the downloaded file are as follows:

3.1. Timestamp

The date and time of the access are displayed.

3.2. Actor

The username of the administrator who performed the operation is displayed.

3.3. View Type

One of the following is displayed:

・modern: Displayed when the operation is performed in Modern View.

・classic: Displayed when the operation is performed in Classic View.

3.4. IP Address

The IP address (IPv4 or IPv6) of the access source for the operator is displayed.

3.5. Status

The status code for the operation is displayed.

3.6. Operation ID

The details of the operation are displayed.

3.7. User Agent

Device information of the access source for the operator is displayed.
