Purpose
- Explain how to start using the newly released Email Archive Modern from the previous Email Archive.
- By starting to use the Modern version, you can use Email Archive more conveniently than the traditional Classic version.

How to Access the Email Archive Classic Administration Screen
Procedure
1. For customers who can use Modern, a notice to start using it is displayed on the currently used Email Archive Classic.
After logging in with the initial administrator account to Email Archive Classic, click "Try Now" on the banner.
2. Perform the initial setup of Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace OIDC verification. Enter the email address to be registered as the initial administrator.
The address must meet both of the following conditions:
- It must belong to a groupware tenant (Google or Microsoft) for which HENNGE K.K. has approved your application.
- It must be a registered domain that has been submitted to HENNGE K.K.
3. Perform login verification for Google or Microsoft accounts.
4. If the Google or Microsoft consent screen is displayed, allow it.
5. When the new archive search screen is displayed, the initial setup is complete.

If the initial setup is not completed due to an error, please contact HENNGE One Technical Support.
※ If you open the Modern URL without completing this procedure, you will transition to the login error screen after verification with groupware and will not be able to log in. If so, please try again from step 2.
