[Email Archive Modern] Transition from Email Archive Classic to Modern

Target

  • Some administrators using Email Archive

Purpose

  • Explain how to start using the newly released Email Archive Modern from the previous Email Archive.
  • By starting to use the Modern version, you can use Email Archive more conveniently than the traditional Classic version.

Notes

  1. The content of this article is based on the offerings as of May 2025 and may change without notice thereafter.
  2. To check the actual screen or change settings, you need the initial administrator account of Email Archive Classic.
  3. Please refer to the login information sent at the time of introduction for the initial administrator account.

Procedure

1. For customers who can use Modern, a notice to start using it is displayed on the currently used Email Archive Classic.
After logging in with the initial administrator account to Email Archive Classic, click "Try Now" on the banner.

2. Perform the initial setup of Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace OIDC verification. Enter the email address to be registered as the initial administrator.
* You need to perform this task with an account with email lisence.
* Ensure to input an account with the main domain associated with your Email Archive subscription.

3. Perform login verification for Google or Microsoft accounts.

4. If the Google or Microsoft consent screen is displayed, allow it.

5. When the new archive search screen is displayed, the initial setup is complete.
Bookmark the Modern URL: https://archive.hennge.com/login?domain={your domain} .
If the initial setup is not completed due to an error, please contact HENNGE One Technical Support.

※ If you open the Modern URL without completing this procedure, you will transition to the login error screen after verification with groupware and will not be able to log in. If so, please try again from step 2.
